1. Refunds & Resends

We’re happy to offer refunds or resends in the following cases:

a. Damaged or Defective Items

If your item arrives damaged or not working as expected, contact us within 5 days of delivery. Please provide:

  • Your order number

  • Clear photos or a video showing the issue

We’ll issue a full refund or arrange a resend—your choice.


b. Wrong or Missing Items

If you received the wrong product or an item is missing:

  • Let us know within 5 days of delivery

  • Include photos of what you received and your order number

We’ll resend the correct item(s) or offer a suitable refund.


c. Package Lost in Transit

If your package hasn’t arrived within:

  • 60 days from the shipping date (or 90 days for Brazil)

We’ll treat it as lost and issue a full refund or resend.

Note: The tracking info must show no delivery or status updates for this to apply.


2. Returns

Due to our international fulfillment process, we do not accept product returns. However, we’ll make things right through refunds or resends for valid cases, as listed above.


3. Non-Refundable Situations

We are unable to issue refunds or resends in these situations:

  • Incorrect or incomplete shipping address provided by customer

  • Customer ordered the wrong item or changed their mind

  • Delays caused by customs, local postal services, or natural events

  • Items marked as “delivered” by the carrier


4. How to Request a Refund or Resend

To file a request, please email our support team at support@autogearcanada.com with the following:

  • Your order number

  • Description of the issue

  • Photo or video evidence (if applicable)

Our team will get back to you within 24–48 hours to resolve the issue.


5. Deadline for Disputes

All issues must be reported within:

  • 5 days after delivery, or

  • 60 days after the order was shipped (90 days for Brazil), if not delivered.
